Lake Macquarie and Newcastle Suicide Prevention Network is a community-led organisation dedicated to reducing the impact and incidence of suicide across the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions. Driven by the vision of creating informed, active and aware communities united in suicide prevention, the organisation brings together individuals, services, businesses and community groups to foster meaningful conversation, improve access to support and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
The network is committed to walking alongside those with lived and living experience, ensuring that compassion, understanding and community connection remains at the heart of everything they do. Through initiatives such as Newy Loves You, The Evolve Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, EAP programs, collaborative partnerships and education programs the organisation continues to build safer, more connected communities across the region.
