A Director of CHD Partners, Michael’s passion is to work with owners and directors of small to medium business to develop systems and procedures relevant to their business to protect them from prosecution, disgruntled employees and unethical customers. Prior to the formation of CHD Partners, Michael spent 15-years working for NSW Police.
Jo has been a business owner for over 17 years, running her own boutique People & Culture business from south west Lake Macquarie following a fulfilling and varied career at Baxter Healthcare, a multinational corporation, and her first career as a Registered Nurse.
Jo is currently on the Board of ADSSI, a community based health care provider covering the CC and the Hunter. Jo was also the last President of SBCCA – the Southlakes Business and Community Chamber Alliance – and a recent addition to the Lake Macquarie Business Board.
Jo joined the LMB Board to give back and help others in her local community grow and reach their potential in life and at work.

Anya is the founder of Salt and Paper Accounting, a boutique accounting firm focused on supporting small business owners with practical tax and business advice.
As a Chartered Accountant, she’s passionate about helping small businesses grow and succeed. Through working closely with a wide range of local businesses, she has developed a strong understanding of the challenges business owners face. She brings valuable practical experience and a genuine commitment to supporting the local business community through her role with Lake Macquarie Business.

With a background in hospitality, tourism, marketing, sales, arts and events management, Rosmairi has been involved in the community of the City of Lake Macquarie in event management, economic development, community advocacy, local politics and served on numerous community committees since moving to Lake Macquarie from Sydney in 2000.
As a resident of the Morisset district for 26 years, Rosmairi has a long history of community participation. Rosmairi has been a member of the Lake Macquarie Tourism Board from 2006 to 2016, was the founding President of the Southlake Business Chamber and Community Alliance in 2007, was employed as the Morisset Town Centre Coordinator from 2008 to 2012. Rosmairi was later elected to Lake Macquarie City Council as a West Ward Councillor and served from 2012 to 2016.
From 2013 to 2021, Rosmairi managed and developed the operations and activities of the PCYC Morisset, having been instrumental in the establishment of the facility as a community advocate from 2005.
More recently, Rosmairi is heading up the restoration and management of the Yunung Community Garden in Morisset and sits on the Sustainable Neighbourhood Alliance Board. Rosmairi also holds a position as the Secretary Treasurer of the Sunshine Progress Association and is a long-time member of the Mandalong Mine, Community Consultative Committee.
