Prior to the formation of CHD Partners, Michael spent 15-years working for NSW Police.

Malcom has 40 years experience in the fields of Logistics and Supply Chain covering several areas. Retail, third party logistics, manufacturing and import / wholesale industries all fall under Malcolm’s skills, as well as his own third party logistics business in China. Malcolm has spent 15 years of the last 40 years consulting to a variety of organisations, increasing his exposure. Malcom’s latest venture is in designing, installing and servicing automated warehouses. In his spare time, Malcolm volunteers with Marine Rescue NSW.

She founded her business to help clients THRIVE professionally and individually. Emma’s duty of care carries through to assisting LMB members with their personal needs and interests. Her desire to contribute to sharing success and building dreams with all whom she meets is contagious, and a definite asset to Lake Mac Business.

With 12+ years of experience in fitness, assurance and digital transformation, Naum has a track record of helping businesses thrive. Naum has operated PT businesses and some of Australia’s largest gyms, allowing him to understand the challenges and opportunities that businesses face.
Naum has also been the head of operations for a innovative fitness education start-up, helping shape the growth strategy. His experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers has further sharpened his skills in solve complex business problems.
Whether it’s developing business strategies, improving operational efficiency, or managing financial risk, Naum has the expertise to help businesses navigate challenges and achieve goals.
Thomas brings over 20 years’ experience across the private and public sectors including 13 years in the ICT industry. He’s passionate about small business, our region and digital transformation as an enabler for better lives for our citizens, better outcomes for our environment and to help businesses prosper. As a Senior Executive in the NSW Government, Thomas has had direct involvement with $1.9bn worth of government stimulus programs for NSW businesses. As such he’s acutely aware of the role Government can play in helping our businesses thrive.

Alexander is a recent university graduate with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing. Alex is passionate and hardworking, with an extensive working background in hospitality and customer services. Alex has also worked in the disability employment space as an account manager, connecting with employers in Lake Macquarie with a goal of finding long term sustainable employment. Alex was asked to join the chamber in late 2022 and he leapt at the opportunity as he saw it as a chance to connect with more businesses around the Lake to see what their needs are and learn a thing or two in the process. Alex is now currently working in the digital marketing and content creation space as lead account manager for Nimbler Digital.
Business: Set Events
With a background in hospitality, tourism, marketing, sales, arts and events management, Rosmairi has been involved in local community event management, economic development, community advocacy, local politics and served on numerous community committees since moving to Lake Macquarie in 2000.
As a resident of the Morisset district for 23 years, Rosmairi has a long history of community participation. Rosmairi has been a member of the Lake Macquarie Tourism Board from 2006 to 2016, was the founding President of the Southlake Business Chamber and Community Alliance in 2007 which came about with the merger of the Southlake Community Alliance and the Morisset Chamber of Commerce.
In 2012 to 2016, Rosmairi was elected to Lake Macquarie City Council as a West Ward Councillor. From 2013 to 2021, Rosmairi managed the PCYC Morisset, having been instrumental in the establishment of the facility as a community advocate from 2005.
Rosmairi has a passion for business support, networking and community economic development.
