Malcom has 40 years experience in the fields of Logistics and Supply Chain covering several areas. Retail, third party logistics, manufacturing and import / wholesale industries all fall under Malcolm’s skills, as well as his own third party logistics business in China. Malcolm has spent 15 years of the last 40 years consulting to a variety of organisations, increasing his exposure. Malcom’s latest venture is in designing, installing and servicing automated warehouses. In his spare time, Malcolm volunteers with Marine Rescue NSW.
Jo has been a business owner for over 17 years, running her own boutique People & Culture business from south west Lake Macquarie following a fulfilling and varied career at Baxter Healthcare, a multinational corporation, and her first career as a Registered Nurse.
Jo is currently on the Board of ADSSI, a community based health care provider covering the CC and the Hunter. Jo was also the last President of SBCCA – the Southlakes Business and Community Chamber Alliance – and a recent addition to the Lake Macquarie Business Board.
Jo joined the LMB Board to give back and help others in her local community grow and reach their potential in life and at work.

With a background in hospitality, tourism, marketing, sales, arts and events management, Rosmairi has been involved in local community event management, economic development, community advocacy, local politics and served on numerous community committees since moving to Lake Macquarie in 2000.
As a resident of the Morisset district for 23 years, Rosmairi has a long history of community participation. Rosmairi has been a member of the Lake Macquarie Tourism Board from 2006 to 2016, was the founding President of the Southlake Business Chamber and Community Alliance in 2007 which came about with the merger of the Southlake Community Alliance and the Morisset Chamber of Commerce.
In 2012 to 2016, Rosmairi was elected to Lake Macquarie City Council as a West Ward Councillor. From 2013 to 2021, Rosmairi managed the PCYC Morisset, having been instrumental in the establishment of the facility as a community advocate from 2005.
Rosmairi has a passion for business support, networking and community economic development.
